1. How to reach our apartments?

All our apartments can be easily reached by waterbuses which stops are just near the apartment you rent. If you arrive from the airport Marco Polo, there are 2 modes to reach Venice , by bus N.5 till Piazzale Roma or by Alilaguna ( orange line ) that stops in different points of the city. Anyway, when you'll rent an apartment , you'll receive personally all the necessary information about how to reach the accommodation. There will be also Mr. Tudor , the person who will make the check in and will take you to the apartment, handing over the keys.

2. How long are our apartments from the centre of Venice?

Rialto district and Saint Mark area are the zones where you can find all our apartments. They are all in the centre of the city. The most important places of Venice like Rialto bridge and Saint Mark Square are easily reached from any apartment you rent. We have 3 apartments just near the famous Rialto Bridge with its fish market. From Piazza San Marco to Rialto you'll find: Teatro la Fenice, the typical Campo (Square) Sant'Angelo, Palazzo Contarini with its wonderful Scala del Bovolo (elliptical stone stairway) and Campo San Luca. Returning to Piazza San Marco you'll pass the Mercerie area (the quickest way connecting the political and religious heart of Venice to the economical, business centre of the Rialto) or via the area where Marco Polo's house is situated and you'll cross through another famous square, Campo Santa Maria Formosa.

3. What about the late arrival?

The check in service is inclusive in the price. Please remember to get in touch with our staff to fix a meeting time at the public ferry stop nearest to your flat. Our assistance during transfers after 8:00 p.m. will require a 50 euro surcharge to be paid cash upon arrival to the person in charge of the welcoming service. It is very important that you provide us with an indicative arrival time in Venice, at least 3 days before arriving. Upon express request, we can reserve you a private water taxi. Transportation by water taxi or public ferry is not included.

4. Where can you leave your car?

We do inform you that no cars, scooters or bicycles are allowed in the historical center. The last place for parking these vehicols is Piazzale Roma. If you visit Venice by car, there is a huge parking area near Piazzale Roma, Garage San Marco: phone +39 041 5232213, price per day: 30,00 euros. There is another parking area – Tronchetto, before Piazzale Roma , where you can leave your car, and then reach Venice by bus N. 6/ or by water bus N. 2

5. Where is the nearest market?

Unfortunately there are no many supermarkets in Venice. There is a big market in Piazzale Roma area , called Coop. In the historical city you'll find small bakeries and butchers. Near Rialto bridge there is a big fish and vegetables market. The shops in Venice are opened until 07.00 p.m.
